Super impressed. Changed to this practice after a number of bad experiences at our previous vet practice in Milford. Nick and his team are a breath of fresh air - caring, competent, and thorough. Our dogs loved it and were far more relaxed with them. Highly recommended.
Ive been to about 5 different vets throughout my dogs decade of life. Nick is hands down the best, the most skilled, very confident, trustable, good results, affable, wholly kind. He also has the best nurses, very onto it, not emotionally driven, strong personality. All are amazing
Used to be a very good practice back when Geoff had it. Now it's very very average, seems to be all about the money. We took our family cat to these vets they claimed to find nothing wrong with her and yet a week later we had to put her down as she was quite literally dying!
These guys are excellent. Know their stuff. Well oiled machine. They look after some amazing animals such as guide dogs. And they give your pet the same level of care.

My bunny needs to be vaccinated today Saturday in a long weekend for some reasons. I was calling the vet hospital that we always went before and some other hospitals through AKL, no one could help until I called North Harbour Vet Hospital. The reception was very nice and empathy on my situation, she said she would check with her manager. Luckily, they could vaccinate my rabbit at the closing time, then it wouldn’t impact other bookings. I really appreciate their attitude and help when I am in a urgent situation. Thank you
Excellent Vet Nick Smith & his staff are all efficient
I have received nothing but the best care from Nick and the team. I have been coming here for many years and always received the best treatment for my pets. Nick is very knowledgeable and offers options which i think is important. Nick also has experience with Rabbits, which is hard to find in NZ as ownership rates are so low.
Lovely vets and vet nurses... Our 2 furbabies are actually excited to visit the vets to see them always great care and have been brilliant in fitting us in for the couple of emergency appointments we've needed.
