This branch of Animal Dermatology NZ referral service started in 2001, and has been sold by Duncan Graham. Like Duncan, the new skin veterinarians are not specialists, but vets with a particular interest in and considerable experience and expertise in the diagnosis and management of skin disease in animals. This includes allergic skin conditions, recurrent ear infections and unusual presentations of a dermatological nature.
Lee Williams BSc, BVSc and Sylvia McLean BAgSc BVSc will be accepting referral cases from Canterbury and West Coast veterinarians and are available on a weekly basis at Woodend and Avonhead Vet Clinics respectively.
