I love their range of non pharmaceutical items eg make up, aromatherapy etc You can send your script via email on the website to get made up, however I font rely on that as im unsure it gets checked so I phone anyway. Always great service
Phone service is atrocious, apparently barely able to understand us. Customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. I get that you get busy sometimes but not answering the phone for ten minutes and then telling us the script isn't there only for us to speak to someone else who says it is. I don't know if it's just the evening staff or what
Conveniently located, just beside Anglesea Clinic, it makes easier to order and collect your medicines. It was recently renovated and looks amazing inside. The waiting area is comfy and provide some magazines to entertain yourself while waiting. Open 7 days a week until late, offering a huge variety of products. There is also a small snack shop inside. It sells gifts and travel utilities.
This place is useless. I stood at the counter for 15 mins with no one in line but myself and 6 people on the floor working with NO ONE at any registers. Everyone of them saw me. All i wanted was to earrings. Thats it. Probably need to sort your staff out so they actually serve people. Being that its in their main job description.
Worst chemist. Always dropped mum prescriptions at least a day or two early and when I come to collect it’s still not ready. Even her repeats ring and told them coming to get repeats next day and again not ready. Sometime I come back 2 time a day to collect the meds. Then it’s the only chemist that charge for blister pack. I have ask my mum to change her chemist.
Exceptional service! I called and spoke with the loveliest pharmacist about potentially contraindicated medicines for my mum. He was patient and caring and took time to explain. It saved me from making a potentially dangerous decision for which I am truly greatful. A wonder person, just the type we need in the medical profession. Thank you
Worst customer service! I ordered online over 10 days ago, and still haven’t received the product, nor any communication from them either. Would not recommend for fast shipping, or reliability!
Worst customer service, I gave my prescription at 4pm and my order was not ready by 10pm despite being their mistake Indian lady at counter wanted me to come tomorrow for the order. I come to the pharmacy quiet often and this is not the first time it had happened.
Friendly staff, nice big pharmacy with quick responsive customer service! Also has 2 JP's Justice of the peace in the evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 7pm to 8pm
Never going to use this pharmacy agaun. accusing me as if Im trying to liw not pay my mesication
