Sam and Emma are stars! Once we heard they were moving over to Angels from Taff's, we HAD to follow them to their new joint venture. Absolutely LOVE their work -- their heart for the job, their care for the dogs and owners, and their stellar sense of FUN! Go Disco Go! We love you Sam and Emma!

Was recommended by our previous groomer who was too busy. "Angels" are very professional.They make it clear they groom and do not "babysit" . There are fines for breaking this rules so make sure you can pick up when they say. Very happy with results, our dog,black Cocker Spaniel, who suffers in the summer is too. Will use again and recommend. If your pooch needs regular grooming, best to book again on pickup or make an arrangement, they always seem very busy.

I was expecting my cat to be returned looking like a newly shorn sheep due to lots of matted fur. To my surprise she still retained nearly all of her fur. Happy to recommend to everyone. Booked her in for follow-up grooming in 3 months.

Absolutely brilliant. I get my Border Terrier groomed here and they're the best in Christchurch for this breed. Amazing job every time and give him regular breaks. Thanks so much

Unhappy with customer service at angels grooming, calling my beautiful samoyed a “toe rag” and saying “lucky she is cute” is not appreciated. Telling a customer they have raised their dog incorrectly and what to do if they get a new dog is not constructive or professional. Interestingly this was our second visit and no concerns where addressed from the first round of grooming about behaviour. Instead of professionally addressing concerns around an eye injury sustained to my dog during grooming the blame was shifted back towards the owners. Will be looking into alternative grooming options in the future.

Love this grooming parlor. My wee girl is quite old and very nervous so I need to know she is going to be well looked after when she is being groomed. I always pick up a well groomed, happy dog from Angel's Grooming Parlour and would happily recommend their services.

Best groomer I’ve ever been to. They groomed my long haired German Shepherd beautifully and dealt with his anxious personality perfectly and he seemed much more well behaved than he has been at other groomers.

Lovely receptionist, my persian cat is very happy after his grooming. I’m very pleased and will continue to come back!

Been going here with my puppy dog not so much a puppy anymore but let's go with it since I think a year a go and she has behavioral problems especially now with masks and the uncertainty. How the receptionist handled her was so good, my dog was definitely unsure but it was on her terms. Will keep going here and will recommend to many. Not to mention she looks so pretty and so tiny again! Thank you
