I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Anexa Vet Ngaruawahia. I brought my very sick puppy in for urgent medical attention, and it was clear he required immediate care. During an already distressing situation, I felt that financial requirements were prioritised before prompt treatment was provided. As a worried owner watching my puppy suffer, this was incredibly upsetting. Sadly, his condition worsened and he later passed away. The way this situation was handled has left me deeply hurt and questioning whether greater urgency and compassion could have been shown at such a critical time.
Awesome staff....Major is a real struggle to get seen even after been given the chill protocol but Barbara always trys to make his visit ok and ensure everyone ok.nOnly complaint is not clear instructions on chill protocol medication hence me returning 3 pills.
Horrible service! We brought our puppy in with Parvo, and during an emergency it felt like the focus was more on cost than urgent care. They didn’t come out to treat him until they finalise the prices. Our puppy sadly passed away, and the lack of compassion in such a traumatic moment was incredibly disappointing.
Kind and caring, great communications and wonderful staff. They ensured amazing care was on hand for our dog
Gave us 2 days with a new medication for our 2 ten year old pet sheep that had pink eye. Then decided to come out and shoot them. Unforgivable.
