We brought two new e-bike from Len, and took them on their first ride on Matariki.nnSuper impressed with the bikes. Smooth gearing, excellent display features, great power when needed.nnLen was great right thru the purchase process, giving qualified advice, and tips to get the bikes set up for us individually. I'm so pleased we found him, and know he's just a call away if we ever need anything.
After quite a bit of research I bought a Hiko Rangler ebike from Len a year ago. I've done well over 1000km and apart from a couple of minor issues early on the bike performs exceptionally. Len is passionate about his bikes and is well worth listening to. His after sales service has been excellent. Not so much Ollie from Hiko who seems to underrate his own product.
We have recently purchased two Moustache e-bikes from Len. His communications and service were great and his knowledge excellent. Very happy customers.
I just went and seen Len. He is an incredibly rude man and his wife is not much better. I was after two bikes one moustache speed 45 for myself and a moustache tandem for my partner and I. Len and his wife went completely crazy at me for not wearing a mask a chased me off their property. They never took the time to ask if I had a medical reason for not wearing a mask. I would of told them I get asthma attacks when I wear a mask. That is why I needed a bike to help with exercise. I will take my business elsewhere. Don't give your money to a mongel like Len!
Len's knowledge and advice allowed us to buy the right bikes for us. We are delighted with our bikes and are hitting the trails already. He won't let you leave without being sure you understand how to care for and get the best results from your bike. Bonus is the weight starting to come off because we love riding them.
