I was very happy with what Stevie did with my hair, her manner, the special treats provided- although I have another apt before Christmas, sadly I am unsure if I can afford to return.

Great services, very patient, friendly, good advice... and loved the outcome...also love that there are other payment options making things accessible to all.

I've been getting keritain hair treatment since I was 25 and it's always been amazing. Got it done at vivo and I litraly waisted near on $200 would I recommend them... NO WAY it changed my hair in no way possible. I'm very disappointed.

Excellent service. All staff are lovely. Paul did a fantastic job of colouring my hair, even if he didn't follow the rules! I love the recliners at the wash basin. Sooo comfortable. Great salon.

Went today and had my hair treated with keratin by Arna sorry not sure on spelling! What a delight! So relaxed, time to sit quietly, but also friendly banter too- she spent so much time and care on my hair- can't believe how much softer it feels! Thanks beautiful lady, I really appreciate it!

Always great cut and beautiful dyes. Salon staff are super friendly and they're really accomodating. Thankful that I can bring bubs if in a pinch. View is great as well. Missing the 5th star because the salon itself is pretty dull.. could definitely do with a makeover and a bit of style!

Jamie at Vivo Ferrymead is amazing. After years of trying to get my natural medium brown to a really vibrant blonde, he achieved it in just two sessions and my hair is still in fabulous condition. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be back!
