Overall, I am very happy with Rahul Khanna ,who helped us selling our house. I really appreciate his hard work, honesty and patience level, the qualities which not all the real estate agents have got nowadays. I can highly recommend specifically his service in Harcourts. He is efficient, professional and excellent at communicating with the buyer or seller on every aspect of the process. If you want to sell or buy a house speak to him. He has got really good knowledge about property market in Newzealand.Thank you.

Been trying to contact Talita for sometime in regards to a fencing problem which is still sitting there after being advised a contactor will be out to fix it nearly a month later and nothing not to mention her lack of professionalism when it comes to being a property manager trying to put every fault in the homes on the tenats when half the problems that arise were from the home itself. Plain rude and ignorant and always has the cheek to get her sidekick Matthew to respond to things when she either "can't be stuffed" or "puts herself in a crate situation" sorry not to mention she is a rip off when it comes to the rent and water payments. She even has the cheek to try and lye and put problems on tenats as mentioned above see screenshot for her trying to blame the tenat then snapping herself out and mentioning that the fencing problem has always been like so.
