Fantastic place for the food. Absolutely fabulous and worth driving an hour to enjoy. Ambience rather plain but that is not so important. Good wide menu.

Our go-to local curry joint in Upper Hutt. Been a regular for a long time now, and the food is always high quality and delicious, service is friendly and efficient and the menu has a lovely variety and is well-priced! I've tried a lot of Indian restaurants in the Hutt, but this is the one I always come back to. Ammu is the best.
