We love AMI hub. We took our car in for a warrant and it was so quick and easy. We booked online and it was all very straightforward. I am a satisfied customer of AMI Hobsonville. Today, I dropped off my Nissan SUV for service and a few other issues and I am pleased with the result. My car drives smoothly and feels safe. The staff are friendly and courteous and the waiting area for customers is cozy, offering free Wi-Fi and additional amenities such as hot and cold drinks, cookies, and chips. These extra touches greatly enhance the customer experience. I highly recommend AMI MotorHub Hobsonville for your vehicle service and repair needs; it truly provides peace of mind.
Very bad experience with AMI today. I did a Premium car service for NZD 370. They finished everything within 1 hour and gave me a long checklist of tests and inspections. However, when I picked up the car, they had not even done vacuum cleaning.nThe funny thing is that in the checklist they mentioned that they checked the spare tyre, but my car does not have a spare tyre. I really don’t know which spare tyre they checked.nThis was a very bad experience. It feels like they are lying about completing all the checks within one hour.
