The photographer is very defensive about her work. I asked for the school photo alternatives through emails and phone messages as it is written clearly in their flyer that other positions or even retake is available but never got a response. This year, the picture day came again and it reminded me about last years' experience. I tried to make a call and got connected. However, after I explain what I am looking for, I only got defensive answers like they have done their best job, how busy they are everyday, there are only two people in the studio. I totally get all of the explanations. But I think if there is something can't be done, then it is better not shown on the paper. Or that will mislead people like me and got some displeasure conversations.
Wrote my daughter's name wrong in the McCall yearbook 2021.
