Excellent customer service. Lovely clean facilities but unfortunately no play ground for the children. Very reasonably priced though. Huge amount of permanent residents on site.
The facilities are beautiful and this is the first toilet and shower area I've encountered which is kept heated so a having shower is a pleasant experience despite an Invercargill frost. Friendly owners and attractive well kept flower beds. I'd happily come back.

Quite busy with what looked like permanent or long stay guests. Tidy clean facilities with WARM bathrooms and plenty of hot water for showers

Amenities are new and lovely showers. Great mix of perminant tenants and love to see new people. Very welcoming friendly community.
