Amble In Motel

Morena I had the opportunity to stay at this place 1-2-3-4 march 2024. Wow what a place. My room was beautifully presented. It had everything I needed for my stay. Also I had a trailer. When I asked where I could leave it I was show a paddock to put it in. I still can’t get my head around how shiny the shower tray and the kitchen bench was. Amazing place and would definitely recommend as a place to stay

Well placed Motel off the main road. Peaceful sleep with no noise from the road in the Studio Units located at the back. Studio unit was well appointed with Sky TV, air-conditioning, kitchen and milk in the fridge. The fridge ran silent and all facilities, were clean and well presented. The lady managing the Motel was a great host and the motel a great overnight stop.

Clean and tidy room. Beds were comfortable. Sadly we didn't get to see the walk/pond this time due to the rain. The only problem we had was getting hold of / find anyone to get a roll of toilet paper, so we had to go to the closest shop to get some.

If cleanliness is your thing then this place is it. The owners clearly take great pride in providing a well maintained property. The rooms were functional with all the regular amenities that you'd expect in a self contained motel room. The barbeque area is beautiful and there is a small kids playground nearby. The history of the property is worth reading about too. One thing that impressed was the attention to detail and the customer service. We'd been swimming in the morning and put our wet togs and clothes outside to dry, then went out for the day. When we returned we found our stuff dried and folded in our room. They took the gear in when it started raining and popped it in the dryer. They also turned on the heat pump so that we returned to a warm motel unit. Thank you

Very tidy and nicely renovated. Stayed on a night that was down to -2 and I was super toasty in one of their studio units. Comfy bed, electric blanket, great hot water pressure and my own heat pump. I arrived later at night and staff had gone in and rurn the heating on for me. Very nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay at Amble in so much, nice and quiet and scenery was jus what we needed, very clean and tidy. The front of house lady, she was lovely and approachable. Such a beautiful place definitely recommended anyone to stay there.

Amazing place to stay. The new owners are so welcoming and do so much to ensure their guests have a wonderful stay. The units are spacious and really clean, and the beds are super comfy. The grounds are also really lovely and you can go for a stroll around. Really good location too. Will most definitely be back and recommend to others.

Very friendly staff and friendly pets. The room was extremely clean and had all the appliances you would expect to have. Didn't know how to work the new cook top so called the front desk and she was over here immediately to show us how to work it. She also brought a baby highchair over for our daughter and set it up for us. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to clean our room including doing our dishes! There was a small Christmas tree decorated on the table for us which made our holiday more festive. We would come again.

Just had two nights in this great spot. Great King Size Bed with electric blanket, tastefully renovated, spotlessly clean rooms. Curtains closed, heat pump on, a light on for an evening return made for a welcome return after a long day out. Very thoughtful. Huge cooked breakfast with eggs from their chooks and freshly squeezed orange juice. Didn't need to eat for the rest of the day. We will be returning for a walk through the bush, round the ponds and explore the lovely farm acreage. Thank you so much.

Me and husband stay for 3 night, and it was not bad. The location is perfect. Close to the Taranaki mountain. Also the bed was comfortable. The staff are so kind and helpful. But the Wi-Fi doesn't work properly, only got 1-2bar and sometimes disconnected by it self. A bit annoying because couldn't able to check my email during my stay in this motel.
