A great motel to stay at - old school roomy and recently renovated with plentiful power points, big beds, double glazing and in our unit a really nice well designed mini kitchen. Great shower in wet floor bathroom - wheelchair friendly units.
Always stay here on my trips south. Dean, the owner is great, very friendly, helpful and accommodating of well behaved dogs. You will see Sue going about her rounds. She is the person who tends to all the units keeping them ship shape. We had an early appointment and had to rush out early, we came back and everything was done for us, including the bed made. Thank you Sue so much.nThe Countdown Supermarket and shopping centre are straight over the road.
A superb place to stay while doing the Sounds to Sounds Brevet. A couple of us shared a two room motel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Easy to make a meal and relax after a long day cycling. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very highly recommended.
What a fabulous spot. Gracious host with a last minute on the road booking. Pet friendly so our Papillion was not an issue. Situated across the road from food outlets. Stayed in Unit 4 which gets morning and late afternoon sun. Beds were comfortable and clean. The room had everything you need for a stay of longer than one night. Very close by a lovely historical cottage backing on to a park with a children's play ground and bird aviary with a large selection of birds. We will be back.
