As you may have guessed my name is Aimee and I am the owner and baker of Amazing Cakes by Aimee. A little bit about me, I am a stay at home mum of two beautiful girls, Emilia and Ruby. I became interested in Cake decorating when I made a sample cake for Rubys 1st birthday on the 22nd of July 2013. The first time i saw the reactions on peoples faces when they saw and ate my cake was the moment i fell in love with cake decorating. I love trying new things with every cake i create, in fact the more of a challenge the better I like it. I fully believe in myself and my abilities and I believe that if you can dream it I can make it.
