A͏ thorough and experienced helping hand in a difficult time for the industry Amanda was great to deal with from the onset. From helping us navigate between new homes, older homes, different locations and styles, her knowledge was invaluable to us. This was my second home and my partners first and we had pretty strict parameters around what we were looking for. Amanda managed to sift through everything and select what suited us and provided great indications as to what aspects of the property to look for for future proofing the value and also looking at what areas devalue and need attention. Amanda was available to us every Sunday and liaised between the selling agents so that we did not need to stress. On auction day her steady nerve and coaching/strategizing on how to be a competitive bidder was extremely helpful and ultimately was one of the reasons we won on the day. I would recommend her to any first time buyers through to people searching for their forever home. We would have no doubt on who we would use again for buying or selling. Amanda all the way!
Effective͏ and professional Amanda was excellent to deal with from day one. She knew the market well and the correct strategy to use to ensure the best results for the sale. Her eye for detail and professional approach to every aspect from marketing to closure was appreciated and was flexible which suited our busy lifestyle. She also went out of her way to show us other local properties that were coming onto the market to give us some clarity of market prices. I would highly recommend Amanda to assist anyone looking at selling their property who wants results.
