I'm in love with this place! The tutors bring so much life and energy to the class, the dumb it down for me so I can learn. Everyone is made to feel comfortable and encouraged to the max. Im mid 40s and have never been felt out of place!! It's the best fitness, strength, talent and skill building spot iv ever done.nHighly recommend
Absolutely love coming to pole here! I used to be nervous about group classes and training in a studio but I have met the most amazing family of pole dancers I could have asked for.nSuch a cool variety of classes and the environment is so welcoming and encouraging. The instructors are with you every step of the way. If you're thinking about taking up pole dancing, nows the time to do it!
If you want to feel like winning every time you exercise, be surrounded by supportive and fun bunch of people, and learn to express yourself and become more in tune with your body - this is the place to be : I cannot praise enough the atmosphere, variety of classes, caring instructors and the most inclusive community you will ever meet.
Altitude redwood has an incredibly supportive community. Especially if you've never done pole before.nnThe ladies here, are wonderful and so welcoming. No one cares about what you wear, size, coordination or how old you are. The range of instructors, class types and times are flexible so you can find something that suits you and your lifestyle. It also enables you to try new classes like a heels 101!.nnTheir pricing scheme is transparent and a few options available. They have occasional deals and promotions that make it more cost effective. Keep your eyes peeled :
