This is a service providing counselling and supervision, helping people explore new possibilities and improve relationships with themselves and others.
My name is Manuela Beiner, a professional counsellor with extensive life experience.
I can help you develop the insight and skills to manage and work through the problems you are experiencing, find new meanings in your life, improve your relationships and overall, develop a sense of well being.
Some of the topics I work with are: mood disorder (anxiety, depression), personality disorder, communication, relationships (couples, families, divorce/re-parenting), addictions, stress and coping with challenges, identity (life transitions, cultural crisis/trauma), grief and loss (suicidal ideation), self-confidence (self esteem, anger), bullying, and other related work or school issues.
I also provide supervision services.
Fees
Individuals: $85 for one hour session.
Couples: $130 for one hour session.
Supervision: $130 for one hour session.
