Choosing a spa was quite a learning experience and quite difficult to feel assured we were making the best choice. After a few months of spa shopping research and narrowing down our choices my wife had a trip up to Auckland and visited the showroom while there. Fortunately I too was able to visit from Napier via mobile phone video! With some very knowledgable and extremely friendly assistance from the Alpine Spa staff we then and there made our decision and we couldn't be happier. Everything about our Vermont Spa fulfils all of our hydrotherapy desires, and then some. My recommendation is to stop shopping around and just pick your favourite Alpine Spa!

I recently built my Alpine Cabin Sauna, The assembly went perfectly, I've been using the Sauna for 2 weeks now and the difference in recovery after my 10 km runs is amazing! A really great I investment. Thanks Alpine!! Keith
We purchased a Blackburn Spa through Alpine Spas in late December 2022. We are absolutely thrilled with our new spa - it has great features and is easy to use/maintain. The entire buying process from first visiting the Auckland Showroom, through to delivery was top notch. Connor, who we dealt with at the showroom, was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, but not pushy in any way. Dispatch were also amazingly helpful. We had a very tricky location for the spa to be installed in. They ensured they had all the information and on the day, everything ran incredibly smoothly. The team Alpine Spas used for delivery Sky Hooks were absolute professionals and made a very tricky install, look like a breeze. Great information is included on chemical dosing - everything is just made to be super easy. We can’t recommend Alpine Spas highly enough, a brilliant company to deal with.

We love our Matterhorn spa! It is so nice to relax in after a busy day. It is easy to maintain and the instruction manual is easy to follow. The excellent sales lady recommended we buy this model. The customer service has been great always get any queries answered quickly. We love the beautiful quality robes and towels! We are very happy! Thank you Alpine Spas.
Amazing service from Susan from the moment we walked through the showroom door, right through to installation. Connor was so helpful also as well as Jason in the dispatch team. We couldn't be happier with our Sierra spa and the ongoing support from the Alpine spa team. Great communication, delivery service and we love our new spa. Life just got a whole lot better .
