We brought our 6yo and was told at the door that she can ride the slides on her own, once paid, she was rejected from riding the slides on their own due to a 1.4m height restriction. Then she tried to join the hot pool, only to be rejected because of an age restriction. The signage is so poor that she felt distraught and we had a crying 6yo to commiserate instead of enjoying our swim. Unfair. They should put up clear signage for the kids their restrictions limit, and not charge us for something we couldn't do.nnOtherwise, facilities were great. Warm pool, hot showers, lazy river, toddler splash pool, foam floatation toys, great family changing rooms.
Great pool. Very family friendly. The water is nice and warm. There are two slides - one for children and one for bigger kids 1.4m height minimum.nA lovely morning at the pool when the weather is pretty poor outside.nnThanks
You have to try the hot pools in winter. It’s awesome. There’s a training pool, lap pool, lazy river and infant pool, also water slides that look fun although I haven’t tried them. The temperature within is pretty warm during winter which is nice. Only thing is the lap pool temperature is a tad cold for me so I can only do my laps in the training pool. Changing rooms and showers are big. There are paid lockers and free cubicles for you to store your bags. $8 entry for adults non-members. There’s a cafe and shop selling swimwear outside too.
Good lazy river. Decent pool. Can spray people with cold water. Very fun
A lot of rules for rules sake. We got told off because my 6 year old practicing 360s into the pool apparently someone decided “spins” were too dangerous. Also the 1.4m height requirement for the second slide is dumb.nnIt’s a nice place with silly rules
