Lovely clean place, house is amazing. Felt relaxed, comfortable and safe. due to change of plans, asked for refund, as i, had booked and payed up way ahead in advance, which was declined. So had to make other dates and plans to go down, so I wouldn't loose out on my money that I payed for.nAll in all nice place.
Amazing Stay at Almost Heaven BnB!nnWe had a wonderful stay at Almost Heaven BnB! The view from the back gallery in the morning is absolutely breathtaking – the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea and breakfast. Though the room was small, it was very comfortable, well-designed, and equipped with everything we needed. Plus, free Amazon Prime was a fun little bonus!nnMy wife particularly loved the kitchen area. As she has specific dietary requirements, being able to cook her own food was a huge relief. The common kitchen is very well-equipped with multiple induction cooktops, all the necessary cooking materials, and a spacious dining table. The complimentary milk and water were thoughtful touches!nnFree parking was another great convenience that we truly appreciated.nnApologies for the delayed review, but a big thank you to Ian and Bobby for such a fantastic experience. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! This is the only place anyone should stay while in New Plymouth! I made the mistake of booking another place in town and regretted it the moment I walked in. I started searching for places to go instead. I called and Bobby could not have been nicer saying she had room and was more than happy to have me. Within a few minutes I was there and felt safe and welcomed. The room and connecting bathroom is very neat,clean, and has everything you could ever need. The bed is so comfortable and I’ve slept the best I when my whole time traveling! The view is stunning with a little creek with flowers flowing through the backyard. Bobby and her Ian are both so sweet to give you information, tips/tricks about New Zealand. I’m glad I got to meet Mila spelling before I left too, she’s such a cute puppy!! Thank you guys again and next time I’m this way I’ll be sure to book again!
Stayed here for the mb20 concert. Perfect place to stay. Easily accessible, clean, tidy, beautifully looked after and just a short walk to bowl of Brooklands. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. Can't say enough positive things and will be staying here again on my next visit to New Plymouth. Highly, highly recommend. Thanks Ian and Bobby for an amazing stay.
Absolutely could not fault this place, the couple can't do enough for you. We stayed one night, rolled into New Plymouth with nowhere to stay. Sorry, I didn't catch your name!nHad our to rooms ready, waiting and spotless. Plenty of plates, utensils, and appliances to cook for yourself, or alternatively it was suggested that we get take-out from up the road, go down to the beach and watch the sunset, then go to the park for the festival of lights.nThe accommodation is in a very tranquil place for an in-town location. The couple joined us for breakfast this morning and we felt unlike guests but part of the family!! Would certainly come back again, however that's quite remote unfortunately as we live the other side of the world!!nLloyd, Andrea, and Emma!!
