We left our cat for 12 days durinv Christmas and New Year. This is our first time with Allbreeds. The reviews were mainly all dogs, but it was close to home. Allbreeds did not disappoint. Helen was very prompt replying to our questions via email. Helen was very welcoming and friendly and we knew when we dropped our cat, she will be in good hands. Whole process was very easy. Allbreeds were prompt in getting back to us when we booked. Pick up and drop off couldn’t have been easier. Turned out our dog was a terror and not at all suitable for boarding but Helen was very clear about the reasons.
All breeds was recommended by my partners workmate. This was our dogs first night in a kennel, the entire process was painless.nnI made a booking and heard back from Helen quickly. She asked for a vaccination certificate, and left clear instructions for dropping Allie off.nIt was a 5-10 minute drive out of Upper Hutt on an easy road. Helen walked down to greet us when we arrived. She was friendly, clearly great with dogs. I left a lot less anxious.nnA day later we picked up a very happy, very worn out dog. We are already booking our next trip away. Knowing Allie will be in good hands.nnWe now also use the daycare service. She absolutely loves it there.nnI'd like to update this review to reiterate how great this place is.nnWe had to take our dog out for 6 months while she recovered from surgery. When I got back in touch about Allie returning to daycare I mentioned being a little apprehensive since she had been away from other dogs for so long. Helen said they were happy to see how it went. I dropped her off. They explained that Allie would be in a separate area in the morning. And then introduced to the group she would fit best in the afternoon.nnI returned to pick up a happy, very tired dog, who is thrilled to be back at daycare.
