I am thoroughly displeased with the service provided. They consistently failed to respond promptly, despite my repeated requests for a quote over the course of two weeks. I had to call them numerous times to remind them, only to receive a quote with exorbitantly priced repairs. Furthermore, my inquiries about alternative options via email went unanswered. I ultimately gave up on them and sought out another establishment to have my car fixed. This entire experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.
They seem to be doing a good job, but I ended up having to pay double of what I have been quoted, for apparently no reason... Sad to say I definitely wont be coming back
The team here are legends! They were friendly and helpful on the phone when I booked. When I dropped off my car and missed my ride back home, they put down what they were doing and did my service straight away for me. Colin was really professional and helpful with his advice around my car, put it into terms I could understand. Couldn’t recommend them more!
James and his team are simply the best automotive workshop I have dealt with. Always friendly and helpful, and good at what they do - prices are very reasonable too - which helps!
James and his team always were professional, courteous, knowledgeable in every aspect of any car I brought in for servicing or repair, catching up with overdue maintenance etc. Thanks to the professional help and attitude of all staff at All Things Automotive my cars are always repaired meeting the OEM requirements. And I brought in my Landrover, Alfa Romeo, and now my Mercedes. My cars may change, their service and professionalism remains the same. I can highly recommend James and his team. Hi I have been taking cars to All Things for years now. James and the team listen to customers, are upfront about costs and the work done is always excellent.

Short notice request to change a headlight bulb. They accepted the job and even went out in the rain to source the foreign part for my imported vehicle. Good price and good work. Would recommend to locals and those passing through in a bit of an automotive bind.
Would not recommend all things automotive. The old man that does the WOFs needs to retire. it’s better to be honest than be rude. Thought we’d take our vehicle to all things automotive to support the locals. Never again, waste of money and time.
