Our purpose-built Auckland cattery and dog kennel facility was first established in the 1960s and through continual development and renovations it has become the largest of its kind in South Auckland.

My dogs love it. They come home and almost resent me for bringing them home. Well exercised, feed and groomed. Only work on would be to communicate through out the stay, a Pic or two would be nice to see them enjoying their time, especially on the longer stays like our recent 10 day.
Amazing and friendly staff I have been taking my ESP here for the last 4 years and I’m sure Grouse my dog knows every time I’m going to drop him off as he gets so excited before we even pull up the driveway, I have always picked him up happy and healthy. Fantastic and trusting I know he’s in good care when we go away!
Wow! What a disappointment Our dog has stayed with you guys 4 times now and she loves it. Unfortunately she got Kennel cough from you guys last night and didn’t have anything to tell us! I don’t understand how it is not identified and dealt with the amount of dogs you have in your care. This wasn’t the most disappointing part; it was when my partner called you and you tried to say we are to blame, our dog doesn’t socialise with dogs at least not in a month and she stayed with you 2 weekends on a row. This really is disrespectful as we know how and when we socialise our dog. Telling us it wasn’t you it was us is a big no no when you’re doing costumer service, all we wanted to do was warn you and telling you it’s going around and you basically got out our dog sick. Also we asked her for a bath a few weeks ago and you never gave it to her until I mentioned it when I picked her up. Also what is up with the photo situation? I have asked about 3 times since her stay to get photos, you have all our information and you just didn’t send any. Its a shame cause she loves it there but the trust we have to take care of our dog is ruined.
The first time we kept our dog there for two days and he came back with kennel cough. The second time we kept him there for three days he got giardia. Giardia is usually caused due to contaminated surfaces, dirty cages, crates, soil. I suggest and request that the staff should make sure all the dogs they board are vaccinated and they clean their space thoroughly so that this does not happen to any other fur baby.
It is a nightmare experience. My dog used to be in this kennel for over one month in May/June this year, when we picked my dog up I was informed he is nothing wrong. Recently I rebooked here for 13 days from yesterday,21/Oct through to 3/Nov , I made the booking while in advance for my family reunion overseas trip. Half an hour after we sent my dog there , this kennel called me saying I must take my dog back as nobody can handle him. I talked to Employee and Allan to explain I have travel arrangement and it is too late for any change, Allan insisted I must take my dog back, he must responsible for his staff safety, he said he otherwise will informed council to handle my dog. I have no choice but to take my dog back and change my overseas trip schedule. I understand kennel has their rule to follow, but is there any chance to inform us earlier to give us the option to avoid this terrible happing? I feel so bad.....
I guess the dogs are alive, but we won’t use again. Paid extra to have dogs groomed in advance of pickup, but we’re presented with two muddy stinking dogs that clearly hadn’t been groomed - although they assured us they had and changed us for it. One of our dogs skin was also bright red and raw, so clearly wasn’t washed in the prescription wash provided if they were washed nor given their medication and no sooner in the car and one of the dogs is vomiting. Pet resort - yeah right.
Lovely friendly staff. It was a new kennel for my 10 year schnauzer millie. She enjoyed her 3 day stay they placed with another dog her size. Very handy to get off and on the motorway when your heading South. Even had late pick up. I will be using All Seasons Pet Kennels again
Kasper goes here from time to time, he loves it! They have a friendly and wonderful team.
I have a dog with "dog on dog aggression". Its mainly due to fear. Thank goodness I was able to find a place that could separate her from other dogs. She is fine with other dogs as long as there is a fence between her and them, I guess thats because she thinks she is human . I would recommend this facility to anyone. It is a clean, safe and secure environment with a friendly and helpful team.
