Absolutely outstanding service after I made my own silly error with booking the wrong dates the hosts went out of their way to accomodate our family on an almost fully booked week. They bent over backwards to help and make it stress free. Then to get to the room and see how clean and well equipped it was made it all the more better.. facilities are fantastic the kids didn’t leave the pool the pedal carts the playground it has it all and the motel units are outstanding. Hosts are passionate and awesome will definitely be back and recommending to friends and family for future stays. Comfortable beds aircon you couldn’t ask for more

This site was beyond amazing.nnMe and my partner are a young couple from England travelling for the first time and this site was just perfect.nnThe shop and the communal kitchen had everything and more you could need.nThe cleanliness of the washrooms were impressive for a busy campsite.nThe pool was gorgeous, super warm and realxing.nThe multiple social rooms and the dinosaur theme to the campsite adds such a fun touch, perfect for kids.nnAfter all of this the thing that absolutely made this site was the staff!!!nOur hired camper had issues and the staff could not have been more accommodating, from lending us a phone for over and hour to driving us to pick up things the van required and even helping us physically with the van. They go beyond their job description and truly care about there costumers!nnNot only would we go back… we would recommend this site to everyone!!!!nnThank you everyone at all seasons for such an amazing experience!
We loved our stay here! We spent Christmas here for the first time and was our first little Family holiday with our kids. The Santa parade was magical for the little ones and all the staff were always willing to help with a smile. So much for the young kids to do and great location if you want to explore more of Rotorua. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!
We love it here everything is amazing from booking made easy, staff at the front desk to the pool and location nnOur family love it here highly recommended.nnWe would like to make a small suggestion about the housekeeping could be about more attentive.nnOther than that amazing as always
This holiday park is so nice !!nThe hosts are lovely !nThe facilities are very clean, it smells so nice it’s pretty rare to say that about toilets .nThe laundry is great too with a lot of machines to usenI didn’t try the pool but looks very nicenAnd they close the pool during the week to allow school’s children to swim, this is such a nice thing to do nOn each site powered you have power & water so it’s very useful !nThanks for my 2 peaceful nights
