Very helpful and friendly staff who were happy to accommodate our request for only 1 nights stay at a busy time of year, meaning we were able to keep our holiday plans after accomodation fell through. Great location, quiet and right next to the supermarket. Nice facilities with trampoline and swing ball for kids and covered bbq with seating area on offer. Wish we could have stayed longer.
This place surpassed expectations. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. But the real highlight was Nat, our host, he could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay and a brilliant dinner!. Would definitely stay again!
A group of 15 Australians stayed 5 nights and during our stay we experienced a snow fall. Our unit 5 had a king bed however was a little small in the kitchen area. Managers were great and very helpful.
Nat and Johanna looked after us exceptionally well. We were a school group and the facilities at the Alexandra Motor Lodge suited us perfectly. The BBQ area was a massive benefit allowing for team meetings as well as a food distribution area for the boys and I would not hesitate to recommend the motel as a place for teams and groups to stay.
Had 5 of us stay for one night, the rooms were a bit hot but the service was amazing. We couldn’t ring through for a dinner booking so they booked us instead, and gave us vouchers.
