Extremely impressed with Alexander Scrap Metals. I sent a query via their website to see if they were able to assist with collecting a broken shed of ours and received a response almost immediately. Our shed was collected within the next week. Highly recommend!
Asked them to tow and scrap my 16 y/o sisters car today. Told her they'd call when they're there, never called and then illegally towed it! Attempted to steal her car with no payment! "All you have to do now is de-register it." Drove her to the yard where they attempted to massively under pay us for it. Disgusting service and highly illegal business practise! Stay away!
Response from owner. Our office is always manned so unless we were already on the phone the phone is always answered. We don't park our trucks deliberately across driveways and if they are the driver would be near by. We are doing about 50 truck movements picking up scrap metal every week so sometimes mistakes do happen.

Excellent service. Arrived as scheduled, happy to take additional items and driver extremely nice to deal with. Would recommend.
Super helpful when I went in I've been to other scrap metal places before and felt very unwelcome but not the case here awesome bunch of guys and honest!!!
They parked infront of my driveway locking me in when i have not been previously asked if this was alright and they are not answering their phones in order for me to notify them to move it.
