Shrimp all of cocktail not fully defrosted needed longer in microwave! Pizza crust soggy around centre may have been more prepared and frozen too. Crust otherwise would have been good and flavors good. Other main meal chicken was not good value and plate was badly cracked.
Service was fantastic however the food left a lot to be desired. Overcooked rubbery scallops, and chicken in a bland watery lemon sauce. Salad sounded delicious on paper but the balsamic dressing was the only flavor.
The pasta was too chewy, the sauce however was delicious. Steaks cooked perfectly but for $30 by itself not a meal. The space was crowded and the noise got up to 80 decibels and was too hot. Might just order from their takeaway menu next time.
Really lovely atmosphere with the log fire roaring. The food was lovely and the hosts exceptional.
Good customer service, food was avg, watery pasta. Could hear the microwave doing more work in the kitchen then pots and pans

Food - as usual - is brilliant. Alberico is known for cooking the best steaks ever - you can cut them with a butter knife. A true Italian in little ol Tokoroa
