Graeme certainly knows his stuff and goes above and beyond expectations. Apart from doing a few big jobs due to renovations, Ive called him out of normal working hours and he has just come to fix the problem. Unhappy with the the pricing they tell you something different in the 1st time after the service they charge you more. When you try to explain them what they tell you 1st time they don't even want to listen to that. They rip you off!!!!!!!!!!!!!
