Such a wonderful setting for lunch…only surpassed by the smoked Salmon and freshly baked bread then paired with a "25 steps to heaven" Rose –
Beautiful location, very friendly and knowledgeable host. Would recommend wine tasting. The limited edition pale port fantastic.
Love their wines and we are on the mailing list. In visiting yesterday I bought a bottle of the rose for $30 highest discount available only to discover that it is available elsewhere for up to $10 a bottle less!! Very disappointing.
Good wines and experience but pricing slightly higher than what you can find in stores eg. Brut sold 26 to 30 NZD elsewhere instead of 35. A way to cover the free tasting maybe?
