Aaron, Joe and the rest of the team were all amazing. We weren't sure what we wanted or needed exactly for our custom gates and we regularly changed our minds about what would best work for us. Aaron never rushed us, never seemed tired or annoyed by all our questions and seemed to genuinely want to help us find a solution that would work for us. Once we finally made up our minds, Joe and the rest of the team came in shortly after and swiftly took all the necessary measurements as well as explained details of installation to us. From there on we quickly received the design plans and before we knew it, Joe and the team were back to install our two gates, all done quickly and expertly in one day. The gates look beautiful and are exactly what we needed thanks to the team taking the time to make sure we found a solution that fits our requirements. Thanks a lot!
We opted for the tongue & groove aluminium low maintenance fence & automatic gate, with the Italian motor, keypad & automatic locks. Aaron presented a great design which suited the property. He had a great eye for detail. We were impressed how well managed the whole process was. The installation was a dream, the team took pride in their work & had ours done in two days. We had AJ Gates install our pergola in May 2023, and it was a good experience. Aaron and Joe did a great job. Aaron kept us informed from start to finish and was professional. Joe's workmanship was excellent, and he left our property clean after their work. Their recommendations were spot on. We love the quality of our pergola! It is sturdy. We highly recommend AJ Gates for any outdoor project!
We have been working with Aaron and Joe to install our automatic gates and are very happy with the quality of this. They are very hard working and do their very best to work to your specifications.nnSlight downside is that it took quite a long time after the job was finished to get the electrical certificate which I had to chase up 4 times. The app is also not the best. But both of these things are minor enough.
AJ Gates are one of the better businesses to deal with! We had our gate installed to an excellent standard. Their pricing was very competitive and workmanship is top notch. I highly recommend AJ Gates and would definitely use them again.
