Reliable little cafe where we usually spend our time waiting for our flight. Food is well made, and there are plenty of menu options. Staff are always friendly.Recommended dishes
Don't go there between midday and 1pm as apparently that is when the kitchen is closed to change their menu over. Couldn't get bacon and egg roll as it is on breakfast menu finishing at 12 and couldn't get a bacon butty as it is on lunch menu advertised as starting at 12 but at 20 past we were told kitchen closed for changeover until 1. Everything in display cabinet looked wilted and the pasties overdone and dry, possibly closing kitchen for an hour jn middle of lunchtime a way to sell them. Ended up with a barely warm coffee. Monday 3rd April 2023. The one star is because I can't give a zero and Staff were pleasant.
View is amazing, Food it self was okay but Customer service was awful. We had not much choice in the airport. So we decided to come here because of the view Workers are not really good at English and not understanding all the menu which is not much, so when we ordered food, they were like, what is it? Which one? I'm not sure. Got wrong order for most of them, try to correct, but came with wrong ones. For the owner of this cafe. You need to supervise people who you hired and train them good enough to serve good enough customer service.
Best airport cafe. Best Caesar salad I have had in a while, friendly staff, fast service and a large quantity. For this price and location, I cannot be any more happier. Great place to go to.
Useless. Tried to order basic food. Ten minutes later I was told to go to another counter to then be told that I can’t order from that menu. Poor guy think it was his first day asked his colleague for help and she just said no! Maybe indicate on the menu the breakfast times & lunchtimes for clarity. Oh, yes….. and smile a little bit. It was nice to watch the chef eating fries in the kitchen whilst cooking , probably the fries I wasn’t allowed to order! You should have zero stars on service.
Lady behind the bar was unaware of what a vodka water and fresh lime was. The drink is kind of self explanatory. Overall the atmosphere was nice facing the evening sun.Service: 3/5
Arrogant service, tasteless food, chappy experience. They think they have a captive market as the only option yo eat at the airport. Do yourself a favour and UberEats from the cafes/restaurants in Queenlaand Central nearby that isn't too far away, rather than eat at this dump. You will get better food, faster and cheaper.

The food is fine, customer service is seriously lacking. One item missed off our order and rather than an apology, the equivalent of the Spanish Inquisition but nobody died ensued. Very angry processing through the till of the missed item. No acknowledgement that it had been their mistake in the first place.
I often go here just as a cafe even if I'm not flying. The best cheese scones in the region and the other food is also excellent.Food: 5/5
