I am writing this review as someone who recently had my first experiences flying Air New Zealand with my fiancé from LAX to AKL AKL to CHCH, in addition to ZQN to AKL AKL to LAX. I am absolutely floored by the quality & consistency of this airline! :- So, I write this review here not as someone who necessarily experienced Air New Zealand's Airport Campus, but as someone who is an extremely happy ANZ customer!!!nnIn all, I had such incredible experiences flying with Air New Zealand from start to finish. Every single part of the journey felt thoughtful + welcoming. The staff of ANZ located at AKL, CHCH, and ZQN were SO kind, professional, and efficient, making each airport experience feel smooth + stress free from the moment my fiancé & I arrived.nnEach aircraft itself was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. You can truly tell that Air New Zealand takes pride in creating an experience that feels both elevated and welcoming! The cabin crew were absolutely outstanding, warm, attentive, friendly, and endlessly accommodating throughout each flight we took. They created such a calm & positive atmosphere on board and made passengers feel genuinely cared for.nnA special thank you as well to the fantastic pilots for such smooth & comfortable flight experiences each time we flew. Everything felt incredibly safe, super organized & professional. Air New Zealand absolutely exceeded my expectations in every single way. ANZ has provided me with some of the BEST airline experiences I have ever had, and I would enthusiastically fly with them again in a heartbeat!!!
Newly renovated place. Have to walk in through left entrance to reach the reception. Reception were very helpful. Registration done at reception as well.
Has been awesome experiencing office life again at the Campus office since last time was pre-COVID, even tried the staff cafeteria for first time ever. Definitely will not hesitate to return and soon
Came as a consultant to do some work on site - great environment and helpful staff. Layout of building was easy to follow, and easy to work around. Induction process was clear and informative of the risks on site, while keeping it simple to follow guidelines.
