Firstly, I am the first to admit I am a fussy customer. Affordable Home has been fantastic and bent over backwards to ensure that I am happy with my extension. Yes, granted, there have been a few hurdles to jump over as there were some unexpected issues what project is ever plain sailing? - However, Affordable Home quickly resolved these issues. Thank you to all the team for your hard work - we are very happy with our new extension.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service. More than 6 months emails and there is absolutely no one coming to resolve the issue we are having. The door was installed with the wrong profile after a 12 months delays. The UK authorities clearly stated that affordable homes should correct that profile and they still don’t even bother to come to check. Do not trust that company. We have 10 years guarantee and still James and Danny do not care at all about their customers.
Near completion of our orangery, interior design and landscaping project with James and his team. I have thoroughly enjoyed the process where attention to detail and customer care is held in the highest regard. The experience and knowledge they possess to make plans and ideas become a reality has enabled us to transform our home. Thank you James and team for all your hard work in making our home something truly special!!
James came to quote for a conservatory on 11th January. At that stage we were only thinking that we would be able to afford one. The quote came in very reasonable and work started almost immediately, What a fantastic experience. The guys are all passionate about their work and really want to do a good job. James contacted us on a daily basis to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The Conservatory is now all up, just waiting for us to decorate, and we love it. I would not hesitate in recommending Affordable Home Improvements for any home improvements, and I will certainly use them next time I require any, Thank you James and Gang.
Dear Affordable Home Improvements, We would like to thank you for all your hard work and dedication on our Garage conversion. You said 2 weeks and indeed it's all done within this time frame. From start to finish we were kept up to date of the whole project and we have not had a single hiccup. I would like to thank James the project manager, Richard the builder, Lee and James, Scott the electrician, Terry, Mick and Tom for all their hard work. James and his team replaced the polycarbonate roof with glass on my conservatory.The team completed the work in very quick time, excellent work and very clean. I would recommend affordable homes to anyone, being highly professional.
Affordable Home Improvements took care of the whole order I placed and I were informed on everything they were doing, the process was easy on buying and the installation went well, friendly and helpful team that knew what they were doing, would recommend!
