I set up for a bin rental probably 3 weeks in advance. Come the day of delivery, no driver showed up by noon, as I was told when I set this up. I attempted to get a hold of them and my calls weren't answered. I left a voicemail. It's now been two full days. No call. No bin. Lucky for me I found a company that delivered a bin on a Saturday within 3 hours.Service: Dumpster rental
Reliable service. They dropped and picked up the bin on time. The bin arrived clean. They put wood supports under the bin to protect the driveway. Great price. One of the few companies willing to put their pricing on their website. I appreciated the transparency. Billing was correct. I would highly recommend.
They were so fast to answer me, and all my question. I was easily able to book a bin to arrive to my house the following day. They were friendly and helpful. Picked the bin up when requested and was friendly while doing it. The price was amazing as well. I looked around to may different companies and I found this to be the best price. and worth every penny! I will use them again! and i recommend you do as well!
Used this company for home clean up and it was so nice dealing with Grace. We had a bin at our house and my boss had bins for contracting work and they have been fantastic. Put something down on the driveway to protect it and the bins were so clean! I have already referred them to friends who will be using them too. Thanks for the great service!!
Best experience I've had with ordering a bin. Helpful, reliable and simple. The bin arrives when they say it will and is picked up when they say it will be. Competitive pricing also. Thank you Bin Affordable. We will be return customers.
I ordered a bin for the weekend which was confirmed. I get a call on Wednesday saying that I was the only person ordering a bin for drop off on Saturday so she had a "big problem". She advised me her "big problem" was that she didn't want to pay the guy a minimum of 4 hours just for my order only. I'm pretty sure that's called running a business and taking the loses with the wins. Very cheap and petty. I called other places after and found these guys are up-charging on their deposit in comparison to others and charged a ridiculous premium for AMEX. Overall the customer service wasn't great either. Would definitely never recommend.
