Rang this place up to get a quote to swap out my steering rack was asked to bring my car down for a proper quote. The service was top notch from the phone call all the way to picking up car. The pricing was very fair and reasonable. 10/10 would recommend. They also managed to do it all in one day even though they had said it would take longer, also gave me a courtesy car while they repaired my car. It was a smooth experience and great customer service yesterday. The team was very clear since the beginning. I had highlighted an issue which I would like the service experts to evaluate. They were prompt to get in touch and update me regarding their evaluation. I received accurate information regarding what the issue was, and the team was very transparent with costs and recommendation, never making me feel pressured to purchase a service or product. This was my first car service experience in New Zealand and a great one too. Was able to get my car booked in last minute and there was great communication while my car was in the shop. It took 2 days and ended up coming to a bit more then what the original quote estimated to but Mike and his team stuck to the quote that was given which I really appreciated. Great Autos..The ladies on front counter reception are fantastic and the mechanics are more than happy to explain any work procedures to you if you required. Very approachable, friendly and welcoming team, supported by an awesome manager Mike. Such a pleasure to have dealings with. Rang in the morning with the power steering gone in my car. Talking to Mike on the phone I knew that these guys were on-to-it. Mike gave advice on the cheapest way to sort the issue out. The lady in reception was lovely and helpful. Got the car back by 4pm. I was expecting to pay a few hundred dollars more than charged and for it to take at least a couple of days so very happy with the service provided by Affordable Auto Services. Since I have used AAS I have peace of mind that the team have the knowledge and experience to get my vehicle back on the road. Mike and his team have exceptional customer service skills. If there is something I would point out is some of the work that has been done on my vehicle I thought was quite pricey. That may be because I have no idea about vehicle care and the prices of everything has increased at this time. It would be good to see a comparison of other services for the same work. Amazing service. Did not know what was wrong with my car. They took the time to take my car for a drive to see if they could figure it out as I am not car savvy at all. The staff were so welcoming and booked me in fast and kept me up to date with everything throughout the process. A++++ service.
