Fantastic service Following a car accident late last year ago my insurance company recommend I contact Access for a rental car, as I had the rental car option on the policy. Even with the short notice they were able to help. The people I spoke to in the office on pick up and drop off were also very friendly to deal with. I would happily recommend them.

I have never in all my dealings with Car service companies or rentals companies had I ever had service like I had this afternoon from Michael. What an absolute customer oriented spokesperson for a company, wonderfully accomodating and exceptionally kind. I will certainly recommend Access Rent A Car to all whom will listen. AMAZING !!!  I wrote the review above a month ago, well I would just like to add the post review. I can truly say that this company is amazing, on picking up my car I forgot to sign a piece of paper Michale came to my place of work , was so kind and accomodating and its was totally my mistake. As promised the car was awaiting for me when dropping off my own car, and even though the Rental is an hour away they worked out a solution for me so that I was not inconvenienced. Will happily use this company again once again amazing Service, kind and caring people, who take renting a car to the next level, its been a great experience.

Absolute amazing experience! I booked late before Christmas. Heather met me at the Airport in Adelaide, had a wonderful chat whilst waiting for my bags. The lifts weren't working due to the heat wave so she helped me carry Dual effort my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs to the hire car! Easy transaction at the car and I was on my way. Also a hassle free drop off. Highly recommended company to hire through. Will be my first choice for any future car hire!

This was definitely a case of really great service! Michael called me a few days prior to pickup to confirm our arrival time. We were greeted by him in the arrivals hall and taken to our car. Paperwork was kept to a minimum and Michael quickly explained some of the features of the vehicle including the GPS. He also gave us some useful tips on where to go on our travels. Drop off instructions were clear and seamless.  Overall a great rental experience and would fully endorse this company for anyone needing a rental from Adelaide airport. I will certainly use them again when I am next in Adelaide.

Lovely car, beautiful people Michael and Patty, very professional service. Even though they are always busy and cars are not available most of the time, they will try to accommodate to your need as best as they can.  I have used their service for the 2nd time now, didn't fail me then, definitely not now.  No doubt Access Rent A Car will be my number 1 choice for future occasions.

Access Rent A Car were very professional and helpful when other car companies did not provide the service that suited us for a 1 day stay in Adelaide. Patty was extremely helpful via emails and prompt with her responses. From the onset I felt that, as potential customers, our needs were a priority. I was on a cruise and they provided the service for us to pick up the car from the cruise terminal which is a fair way out of town for a very reasonable price. We were also transported back to the cruise terminal on returning the car. The car was a little Fiat and was very comfortable with 300km included in the price. Patty and staff are to be commended when other well known companies were less than flexible. I highly recommend using this company! Thanks for making our stay in Adelaide well worthwhile.

I can't say enough about the friendly service, the great rates and the quality of the car. In an emergency I had to quickly book, and fly to Adelaide, and rent a car which I have never done before. The ease of it was amazing and while my mind was on the health of a loved one, I was very well taken care of by this company. I have already recommended to people and will continue to do so. Thank you all so much!
