Lance gave helpful advice, in the end I had to get Him out, I couldn't fix pipe leak.nVery Friendly, Prompt, Professional Service.nI saw Lance and Kelly next door.They were replacing the toilet for the Landlord. She normally is spot on in getting the best Tradespeople to maintain/fix things on Her Rentals.
Last year the Monday before Matariki our drains were blocked - Kellie and her father came round to fix them....they didn't. On Wednesday I let her know that the water still wasnt draining properly, she told me to ring her the next day if still blocked because she knew Friday was a public holiday. I rang and rang and left messages - we couldn't use our shower. In the end I called another company to fix the issue last minute on Thursday afternoon but they proved to be as unreliable as Advanced plumbing and didnt show. Eventually I rang Drain Ninjas on Matariki Friday and had to pay public holiday rates - but they showed up in 20 minutes : If you want poor communication and utter unreliability give Advanced plumbing a call, if not go with Drain Ninjas - they were awesome!
The female plumber, Kelly, didn't appear rather Lance did who said the sink needed a rare part and would be back in 3-4 hours but never showed up again nor returned my texts/calls. Very unprofessional.
This superstar team was amazing, I needed someone to come out urgently the next day - they were super reliable, on time, great to speak to and no BS and what appears so far to be great work quality. Thanks!
Kelly and Lance are truely awesome. Quick, reliable and no BS. Good, honest trades people at a fair price.
