We've had most of our house carpeted with Advance Carpets, and I have nothing but praise. The carpets are extremely high quality for a good price, the fitters were friendly and professional, and the owner Doug is such a gentleman who's main focus is outstanding customer service. I can’t thank Dougie and his fitters enough! The service was beyond my dreams. Absolute diamond staff all at an affordable price, no gimmicks, no additional chargers, no cowboy fitters that don’t show up like other BIG name retailer!!. Pure quality carpet and service. My mum recommended and I’m so glad I called and Dougie got us sorted and we moved into our new home. I can’t thank you enough for turning our order around so quickly. Our little Smith family love our new home now it’s all complete with carpet! Thank you :
Had to replace carpets in bedrooms and landing in a rented property. Was pleased to find a family run business in the local area, in advanced carpets. Doug was very knowledgeable and recommend a product that fits our budget and requirements. They have parking behind the building, accessed through an ally. The fitting was done by diferent independent contractors and you need to pay them separately. Peased with the overall experience and the price was reasonable.
The only thing better than the beautiful carpet and laminate we received from Advance Carpets is the customer service we received from Doug. An absolutely wonderful man who will go to the ends of the earth to make sure his customers are happy. We will definitely be returning!
I had my carpets and floor coverings fitted in April at Woodhouse Eaves. I gave short notice, but Doug and his team accommodated me and fitted to my tight deadline. They were extremely helpful and attentive to my requirements and budget. The quality and fitting of the carpets and coverings is excellent, I could not be more pleased! My daughter-in-law is also really impressed and she and my son intend to use Advance carpets in the future. I had bleach-cleanable carpets fitted and tested out the cleanability of the carpets, covering a spare piece with red wine. The stains came out easily with a bleach solution leaving no traces of the wine ever having been there. A great company, reliable, friendly and accommodating. Wow! Such an amazing company! Their carpets are top quality and they have been so helpful, I am so glad I found this company and went with them! My carpet looks unreal and it was so much cheaper than carpet right and all other high street brands
I would like to say what a fantastic job the guys made me feel comfortable as I am a woman on my own most of the time. I have to say again They have done a fantastic job 10/10 thank you so much.
Good service, quality carpets. My stairs looks amazing and so cozy. My dog and cat inspected and approved it lol.
Say they don’t sell cheap carpets, they’re right they don’t, overpriced and poor quality. Avoid at all costs.
The owners of this shop are really one of the nicest people. Very very helpful and they don't try to convince you to buy.
