I regularly get massages due to previous injuries, a stressful job, and hard workouts. My massage from John was one of the best I've ever had. He truly focused on my knots and found ones I didn't even know existed, rather than following a standard format most massage therapists use on all their clients. John's massage was actually personalized to what I needed. My body feels much better after just one visit and I will certainly be back!
This was my first time getting a massage from John and he exceeded my expectations by far. He really took the time to figure out what my problem areas were and figure out what could be causing it. He was super professional and thorough. He was extremely welcoming and made it such a wonderful experience. It was truly a massage tailored to my needs. The best massage I have ever experienced! John is an amazingly professional and skilled message therapist, astute trainer and nutritionist! I can’t recommend him enough, especially for chronic pain management and achieving weight loss and fitness goals.
John provides a respectful, relaxing, professional setting. His location is convenient, his check in process is thorough, he is attentive to detail and he runs on time. John gave me a deep tissue massage for 60 minutes. I asked for medium pressure and he was able to meet my specific needs, he does very well with light pressure and heavy pressure as well. My massage was an experience. He was able to break through my stress spots and relax me within minutes. I highly recommend John to anyone looking to treat themselves! He’s also a personal trainer if you are looking.
Great massage. He was very attentive. I have had other massages and they feel very routine, 5 minutes on arms , 10 minutes on back etc. but this was different. Tension spots were focused on and I felt like he was really focused on what I needed and made it a very personal tailored massage, not just checking off a list each body part to make sure it was covered. I made another appointment before I left. I highly recommend it.
I’m very satisfied with my massage. John did an excellent job honing in on the areas with a lot of tension and I left feeling relaxed and more comfortable in my neck/shoulders. I will definitely return for additional massages and have already recommended him to my friends!

This was my second time ever receiving a professional massage. I have to say that the deep tissue massage I received from John was amazing. I neck and shoulders are so relaxed now and his was very professional and made me very comfortable. I will be going back to advance bodyworks for another massage.
I went to Advanced Bodyworks Massage for the first time today and it was wonderful; probably one of the best massages I have ever had. I had the 60 minute deep tissue massage with reflexology and it was amazing. John was attentive to my concerns/areas of stress and I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and much less tense. I will definitely be booking another appointment with John in the future and will gladly recommend him to friends and family.
I scheduled an appointment using a groupon for May 3rd and must say that I am more than happy with the outcome. The massage was one of the best I’ve had, released a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. John is very knowledgeable and considerate of what it is you’re looking for in your experience. The environment is relaxed and you leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed. I’ll be returning in two weeks and plan to keep it a regular scheduled appointment. If you’re hurting and looking for some relief you should definitely talk with John and see what he can do to help you!
