Guys were busy but no excuse for poor service. Dropped car off for locking issue to be investigated at 8am - car still sitting outside at 4.30pm and told to come in at 5 to get it - was given an automated report from when it had been plugged in - charged £60 for the pleasure and told we are too busy to investigate the problem?!? Just say that upfront then instead of seeing an easy fee for a 2 minute diagnostic.
Been going here for years to have dash cams fitted to new cars. Was booked in last Thursday to be told no staff in. So booked in to be fitted today which they did. Always paid £60, even was told on Thursday between £60 to £80. Just picked up car and charged me £144. Camera in rear isn't even straight and impossible to move the sticker. Cable running along the roof line has fell out in several places will have to get it sorted with someone else. Cowboys. Brand new 72 plate and car inside where driver side is dirty and scratches on door sill and dirty seat. Never again now will have to get sills wrapped at a further cost. All cash in hand with this company hence why I asked for a receipt. Wouldn't recommend and ask for a receipt.Service: Electrical
These guys are truly Awsome, they fixed my Mercedes van abs issues where many others had failed, saving me thousands. TOOK MY CAR FOR THEM TO CHECK THE ELECTRICS HAD THE CAR FOR A WEEK NOTHING DONE COLLECTED THE CAR ONLY TO FIND THAT SOMEONE HAD HIT THE FRONT BUMPER DENTED AND SCRAPPED...SAID IT WASN'T DONE THERE..ILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN
