My flight was early, I arrived at the Motel about 10ish in the morning, my check in wasn't until 2 but the owner had me in my room within 20minutes after talking with the housekeepers..I really appreciated that. Room is super clean and nice. Great bed also. I would've given 5stars but both the wall heater and stand alone heater are not working. I would definitely come stay here again
Booked for a week 17.3 21 got 1x bed should have been 2x bed. Offered pull out couch, broken an uncomfortable slanted towards floor an you slid down when lying down, no offer to fix. Electric blanket didn't work,rooms an bathroom not cleaned towels not always changed flannels ripped,had to ask for toilet paper, rubbish emptied once, went to pay account on last night only to find the motel had already debited the credit card on the first day we booked in!!! Not impressed!! No discount offered for mix up of rooms an unsuitable bed I will not stay here again an will not recommend!
Really clean and tidy. Quiet complex. Helpful and polite team. Location is central to all directions. This motel is worth the 5 stars and most definitely will be my new "go to" when I come back to Christchurch.
Really nice motel, very clean, in fact the cleanest motel we've stayed at in NZ. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to others. The guy who works there/maybe the owner gave us a lift to the station at 7.30am. What a nice guy!
The heater was a requirement and was very efficient. The bed was comfortable linen nice and clean. Utensils and croccory clean and sufficient. Bathroom adequate room and clean. Only downer was hand towels fraded . Room was serviced daily which was appreciated.
The Addington Court motel was just perfect for us. We were a group of 22 senior adults traveling together. Andy, the owner, was easy to communicate with when I was planning the trip and he followed through on every detail. He was easy to work with and made that portion of my trip enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We could walk to restaurants and shops. We will be back!
Not the welcome we expected. Manager/owner made us feel like an inconvenience upon arrival. Room was comfy enough. Some small attention to detail lacking - shabby hand towels and grubby shower surround. Close to Horncastle Arena, AMI Stadium and a short drive to Westfield mall at Riccarton.
Andy at reception was the nastiest, rudest person I have ever dealt with in any accommodation worldwide. He charged me $125 for a room that was booked by error by another receptionist, then when I attempted to discuss the matter I was calm and polite, while Andy was shockingly rude he hung up the phone- SIX TIMES! I would warn any visitors to avoid this place at all costs
This motel is very nice,clean and staff friendly.I also felt it is reasonably priced for my stay.It's near the city and a bus stop is near so if preferred you can take a bus.What more could you want.
Nice place to stay. Clean rooms. Nice & helpful staff. Bus stop nearby. Only disadvantage: Somewhat far away from places of interest. Public transportation needed. Would stay again.
