My all time favorite. The unique traditional dates scones is worth the destination. The coffee are so lovely, and the bosses are so friendly. It is more than just a cafe. Love the upcycle of old materials. Highly recommended.
Amazing place to have brunch or breakfast, the food is delicious and the coffee is perfect. Usually we don't go to the same place twice but in this time we went 3 days in a row. The people are very kind and friendly. I highly suggest this placeFood: 5/5
Okay yes you go to a city where you know no one and you need to feed your family breakfast and yes you guessed it No Booking!! Well hopefully like us, you find yourself close to Addington Coffee Co-op. We ventured here for breakfast and were amazed by how Big the place was and how good the food was. We waited in line whilst reviewing the extensive menu for a cafe. We didn't wait long and while we looked for an open table we found bar seating by the entrance. Soon a very nice gentleman asked how many in our party, we said 4 and he quickly lead us to a table. He returned to clean it and we were seated. Our food soon came out hot and looking very good. We ordered the Bacon & Egg Sandwhich with a mixed berry muffin, Avacado toast sandwich, brunch bao and granola. All were ridiculously flavorful and delicious. Wow for such a place we did not expect for it to be so good. Oh **Hot Take** check out their very nicely laid out shop/boutique. It had some truly unique and awesome items for all ages. So hungry check, not sure where to go check, family getting hangry double check head over here, I assure no one will be disappointed. Oh one more thing, the Coffee was also Equally Amazing!! Yes, yes AND YES Please!! Parking: Parking also available in the rear of the building.
Decided to visit this café around our neighbourhood, overall we enjoyed our first dining experience. The portion was not the usual "cafe size", decent amount to fill our tummy, friendly and tentative floor staff, will visit again. Ps. The bread were slightly hard
The best coffee shop I've ever visited in New Zealand. Super friendly staff and a good range of options for lunch and brunch. The shop has also a book shop and craft shop. You can also buy your grind coffee in the shop.
Awesome place with true services. The smell of torrefied coffee all over the place. We take a delicious moccachino and a spice tea with cold milk, the avocado brunch and mushroom plate. The pesto muffin is really good too ! Vegetarian options: Possiblity to ask gluten free option, vegan option too
I visited this café on my birthday and it was the perfect experience. The French-toast looked and tasted mouthwatering! The coffee was also delicious & the staff very organized, fast and friendly.
We were visiting Christchurch for just a few days and was on the hunt for good coffee places. Have tried several cafés but have not thoroughly enjoyed their coffee. We were so glad that we stumbled upon this GEM This place is cosy and has a chill ambiance. Food is tasty and they serve great coffees. Customer service was excellent! We visited this place twice and bought two bags of coffee beans to enjoy when we get back to AKL. Also in their store, they have interesting book selections, bought myself two books as well. Awesome experience overall! Cheers!
For the first time going to this coffee shop for a coffee and something to eat with a friend. I found it to be a warm environment with a homey feel about it. Very popular with friendly service. Even better this place does what it can to give back to the community which I think is a brilliant idea. I will definitely be coming back and next time with my partner. Highly recommend.
Enjoyed the big breakfast here. Amazing smokey fried beans with kransky like sausages. Also had a gluten-free eggs Benedict. There are lots of options to try on the menu. Also, lots of gluten-free sweet display options are available at the counter. Store in the front of the cafe offers something to browse while waiting for coffee Parking: Parking out the back, but only 4-5 spots
