We are a cafe in Addington, Christchurch NZ.

Story

We roast our own fair trade organic Jail Breaker coffee onsite. Free WiFi in the cafe, and bring your dirty washing as we even have our own coin-operated laundromat.

Our latest and greatest is The Addington Store - eco-friendly, fairly traded, and/or locally produced gifts and groceries. We also stock Liminal Apparel's range of fair trade organic t-shirts and bags made at Freeset in Kolkata.

We have a small farm at Little River supplying produce and free range eggs to the cafe

Very nice coffee and date / choc scone. A little too sweet 10$ total.
If you haven't been here you have to try it. The food is great. Staff are lovely. I love that it's not for profit and all profits go to a charity they started in India. So we come regularly to support that while enjoying a tasty brunch in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere.
A very cozy and relaxing place to grab a cup of coffee and enjoy your afternoon with your friends. We ordered long black, flat white and americano without disappointment. The staff wad nice and the service was absolutely prompt and nice. Looking forward to going there again when given a chance to try their foods. Cheers.
Yum! A friend recommended the Co-op and I'm pleased I went. The granola was delicious and the coffee was great. Loved your gift shop too.
Great coffee and great food. I like the little shop inside the coffee, nice things to buy. Staff is very friendly, especially the tall guy sorry don’t know his name.
Food is not to my taste for the price but I know some people will love it. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff however. Definitely would recommend trying it out
Cool local hangout with the best mix of ages, types and styles. Great music and delicious food. This is the real heart of local Christchurch. Every local loves to visit.
