Ash was so helpful it made our bathroom renovations run smoothly. Neil the plumber was also great. The only issue we had was that Neil is not good at using silicone and as a result we had it all over our basins and vanity tops. We are still trying to get if off. Apart from that Neil's workmanship was faultless.

We were particularly happy with the way Brent lead the project and there were no surprises when it came to the invoice!nnThe gas conversion they completed for us exceeded our expectations in terms of quality. Absolute shocking display from Adams.nOver 2.5 months waiting for a warranty repair on my heat pump in the dead of winter.nCurrently as I write this the problem still hasnt been fixed.nInitially I know they were waiting for a part to be shipped from out of the country, but they found the fault on 21st May and that part wasn't installed until the 17th July. After which they found another fault and said theyd overnight the part as it was in the country. Well that never showed.nHaving rang adams many times for an update and getting nowhere, I rang Fujitsu to see what the hold up was. And they said Adams hadn't sent them the necessary paperwork for them to action the request for a new part.nMeanwhile im still sitting here freezing my bottom off.nNow its the 7th August, the part is meant to arrive today, even though it was meant to arrive on Monday, and they said they'd get it installed tomorrow, even though Chris said he'd get it installed straight away.nAt this point I doubt that it will be the fix needed, but only time will tell.nAnyway Adams blamed Fujitsu and Fujitsu blamed Adams, all while im sat here freeezing in the middle of winter.nAnd the best part of this shambolic display is that there is no recourse or compensation because both of these incompetent companies don't care. Zero stars from the day after they came out to fault find until now.
We have had the pleasure of working with Hannah from the Adam's electrical team over the past few weeks. They responded very quickly and did their initial visit on the same day as our call, which we were very grateful for as she made our house safe while we waited for insurance to kick in. She has been wonderful, extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and able to explain things in a way that makes sense to us non-sparkys! Couldn't speak more highly of her and the Adam's team we have dealt with.
Excellent service. I had them in very last minute on a Friday before a long weekend to replace a leaking hot water fitting under the house. Prompt and great to deal with.
