What could be better than a hotel in the city center? All attractions, shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. The room is clean, tidy, the bed is comfortable, everything works. The room has everything you need tea, coffee, sugar, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Thank you for your hospitality!!! We are very glad that we chose this hotel. Recommend

Great place and allocation. The room was comfortable and had every detail. There is a chill area with kitchen, little library for kids, sofas and amenities if you want to relax there instead of your room. The staff are very helpful and happy people. We were delighted to stay there and we highly recommend it 100%.Rooms: 5/5

Had a lovely stay. Very welcoming staff, able to process a large group of people in a short time. Luggages were kept in storage prior to check in and after check out for a while. Many, many thanks to the kind staff and their effort to make us feel welcomed. Rooms: Rooms were equipped with a kitchenette, cutlery and an espresso machine. Thumbs up for the separate recycling bins. Very clean, plus an ironing board and ironing machine. Also appreciate the respect for resources no cleaning room unless expressed need. Walkability: Very close to the Christmas market, metro station and plenty of supermarkets.

Rooms are outdated, could also be cleaner, not suitable for kids, towels started to smell after 2 uses and if you ask for new fresh ones they tell you there's a charge for it. There's is not daily cleaning in the rooms. Staff at lobby is very polite and helpful, but cleaning staff kept a pair of boots I left in the room by mistake. After check out I came back for them and they were gone. I wad asked to send an email with a picture but almost a week after I haven't got a response.

This place is an excellent choice for individuals or couples looking to stay for a few days. However, it may not be the most suitable option for families with children. It's important to note that daily cleaning services are not included and come at an additional cost. The bed sheets, blankets and towels provided are outdated and appear to be unclean. On the positive side, the reception staff are friendly and accommodating.

We chanced upon this hotel when our Airbnb was cancelled last minute . This hotel met our requirement for our family of 4. The location is super convenient. Just right beside a train station n close to Grand Place n Central station. Room is clean n big. Front desk staffs are friendly n they allowed us to check in early. Thanks for that

Very convenient location close to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The room is really nice and the full kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, and plates. Our room also has toilet separated from the shower, which is great and practical. The staff were also very nice and courteous

Couldn't fault it. Perfect location, above a Metro Station, a stones throw from the Grand Place. We stayed on a Eurostar deal used the metro to get there from Gare-Du-Midi took about 18 minutes. The twin apartment room was very comfortable, excellent beds, well equipped room two-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher+tablets, fridge, sink+washing-up-liquid, nespresso+pods, kettle, toaster, pull out dining table, shower-over bath - very deep with soap/shampoo dispenser, power-sockets everywhere. The staff were friendly and understanding, speaking English perfectly. We had the breakfast one day, which was amazing - you could make your own waffles! Amazing local cheeses and yoghurt. Hot meat, eggs, a wide variety of bread, coffee-galore and even a blend-your-own tea bar! Relaxed lounge area with a table-football-table and take-a-book/leave-a-book library. We left our luggage in the left-luggage are on the last day for free. Perfect for exploring Brussels.

Front desk staff helpful and friendly - spoke English without us asking. Room is equipped with a small kitchen - hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and cutlery and china. There is also a Nespresso machine not a filter coffee machine as shown in the photos. The bed can be put up into the wall for those who want to turn the room into a living room. Separate toilet, which is nice. Good shower and plenty of hot water. A working safe is also provided. There is a small area in the lobby where they sell water, beer and some essentials. They will look after your luggage in a dedicated, lockable room if you arrive before the 3pm check in. Very centrally placed with the grand place a couple of minutes' walk away. Loads of restaurants a short walk away also. They only clean the apartment when you leave, unless you stay for more than five days. Recommended.
