Such a very cool location. There was Seven of us so we chose the set menu. Food was fabulous especially the duck and artichokes. We all thought some greens would balanced the meal better. The only disappointment was the dessert. The rice pudding was bland and not very interesting. Would go again, but order differently.
Ada exceeded expectations on customer service and the overall experience. Food was very good and the cocktail was delicious, highly recommend the aged beef as it was so tender and juicy, chocolate moose was divine and not to mention the establishment itself looks so stunning, the atmosphere here is beautiful. Overall the most impressive part of Ada for me was the staff. The customer service was exceptional, they were all so welcoming, attentive, patient and friendly. Overall 10/10
Ada is a must try in my book! Everything about this place is 5 stars.nThe food was delicious balancing a range of flavor profiles while still being playful and inventive. Honestly, the best food we had on our two week trip to New Zealand. In addition, they had some of the best cocktails as well. Our favorites were the L’Experience and the Smoke and Vermillion.nThe service was outstanding. We were never in need of anything because the staff was always one step ahead while still leaving ample space to carry a conversation and not feel interrupted. But one of my favorite things about Ada was the space. They said the building used to be an old Covenant and has since been retrofitted into a hotel and the restaurant. It has such a peaceful vibe with live ficus growing out of the ground and plenty of sunlight flooding in from the skylight.
Exceeded my expectations! Atmosphere was brilliant and food was amazing, especially at it's price point set menu series! We will be back :
Sensational meal! The staff were fantastic, great service. Great atmosphere. Had the best martini I’ve ever had. Stand out dishes where the truffle croquettes, peach salad and corn pasta. One of the most delicious meals we have had in Auckland.
