went in with all window measurements to get qoute for blinds and the lady I talked to was friendly and helpful but it took about 2 - 3 months for the qoute to come through, I got my qoute from window treatments the same day and had them installed 3 weeks later so figured Active and just forgot me till their qoute finally came in, also window treatments where cheaper.
