Took a group of 7 year old boys to action zone on the weekend. We all had so much fun and the staff were amazing. They were so helpful and patient with with the kids. Even though the place was packed they managed to go above and beyond. Such great customer service.

Had a great time, though by all faults of my own my baby fell in her seat and cut open her chin, the staff were there helping me 100% gave me a refund so I could her her to white cross where she was perfectly fine. And ended up coming back afterwards with her father and grandpa.. Had a platter and a wine. Yum. Clean tidy place good music, def going back!
Had a great time tonight with a game of tenpin and watching the kids play Lazer tag!! The young tattooed guy has exceptional customer service skills, very polite and great at explaining everything....and patience. Thanks for an awesome night
Spent the best day here today for our boys 6yr old birthday..awesome facility and the staff were so helpfull and friendly. Thanks for helping us to have a great day.
