Top notch service from Richard! I purchased a Nikon Z6II 24-70 f/4 kit off the website and it was shipped within less than 2 hours of me purchasing it on the same day. I forgot to sign into the website when purchasing the camera but added my number to the order before the check out process. I emailed actiontec and Richard replied instantly and added my email to the purchase so I was able to be notified when the camera was shipped. I have owned a Segway ES4 scooter for just over a year now and had nothing but issues with it. After getting the front wheel replaced and upgraded by DroneTech servicing center in Auckland, the scooter worked fine for a month and then started beeping at me vigorously. I took the scooter into the ActionTec store here in Nelson and had the gentleman tighten up the external battery bracket and screws, and it was good to go; however fast forward to 20 minutes or less, and the scooter had jolted back and forth, as if something was pushing down on the breaks. The scooter then began beeping again. Feeling unsafe and frustrated, I walked it back home where it has been stored since. I feel as if my time and money has been wasted, I do not think the services were performed correctly and I will not be paying for it to be sent up to Auckland yet again.
